We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, taking practice tests, submitting essays for AI evaluation, and recording audio for Speaking simulations.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your submitted text and speech recordings are used solely to compute your IELTS band scores, diagnose linguistic weaknesses, and maintain your historical progress reports. We never sell your personal data.

3. Data Security & Retention

All communication is encrypted via TLS 1.3. User passwords are encrypted with bcrypt. Audio files uploaded for Speaking exams are stored in secure S3 buckets and can be deleted upon user request.
